These Terms apply to all visitors and users.

Additional instructions or guidelines for partner tools may apply; if they conflict with these Terms for that area, the partner-tool instructions control for that area only.

The MBA Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the MBA Website shall lie in the state or federal courts residing in Houston, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
