Current Agreement Holders

If the vehicle warning light appears or the vehicle becomes inoperable, stop the vehicle immediately, and contact us at 1-800-452-3939 for Emergency Roadside Assistance.

We encourage you to take the vehicle to your dealer. You may also use any licensed repair facility at your discretion.

Provide your agreement number and instruct the repair facility to contact us at 1-800-452-3939 with the diagnosis and repair estimate and obtain authorization prior to proceeding with repairs.

In situations where it is necessary to tear down the vehicle to determine the cause and cost of the repairs, the dealer or licensed repair facility must obtain prior authorization from us.

We will reimburse the dealer or licensed repair facility for authorized repairs less any applicable deductible.

Failure to get prior authorization from us for any covered repair may result in denial and non-payment of a claim.

Cancelled agreements may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to your agreement for complete details on how cancellation refunds are calculated or contact us to obtain a quote. If you financed your agreement with your vehicle, any applicable refund will be sent to the lienholder unless your loan has been paid in full. If your agreement was financed through a third-party finance company and there is a balance owed, the refund will be made directly to the finance company.

Completed VSA Transfer Form signed by both parties

Proof of transfer of the remaining manufacturer's warranty, if applicable

Service records reflecting performance of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance

Payment of the transfer fee (where applicable)

Copy of Bill of Sale or Title Transfer

First 30 days: If no claims have been filed, you will receive a 100% refund of the agreement purchase price.

After 30 days: You may cancel and receive a refund on the unused portion.
